Returns (14-day right of withdrawal)

• As an EU consumer you may return any product within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
• The product must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging.
• Contact us at info@alextools.eu before returning; we will confirm the return address and process.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was faulty or wrongly delivered.

Manufacturer warranty

• Makita — official manufacturer warranty honoured through the authorized Makita service network in Cyprus (Makita Service Points across the island).
• Ronix — official manufacturer warranty honoured through our authorized service partners.
• Keep your invoice — it is your warranty document.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover normal wear parts (brushes, blades, batteries beyond their own warranty terms) or damage from misuse.

Faulty on arrival

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it or refund you, including shipping costs.

Statutory rights

The above is in addition to your statutory guarantee rights under Cyprus and EU consumer law (minimum 2-year legal guarantee of conformity).
