Alextools (Nicou georgiou 22, Strovolos, Nicosia, 2023, Cyprus) is the data controller for personal data processed through this website, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. What we collect

• Order data — name, email, delivery address, phone, order contents. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Payment data — processed entirely by our payment provider; we never see or store card numbers.
• Cart data — stored locally in your browser (localStorage), never sent to us until you order.
• Analytics — only with your cookie consent (see below).

2. How long we keep it

Order and invoice data are kept for as long as Cyprus tax law requires (currently 6 years). Analytics data is kept in aggregate form only.

3. Who we share it with

• Our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Supabase) under data-processing agreements.
• Our payment provider, for processing payments.
• Courier companies, for delivering your order.
• Authorities, where required by law.

4. Cookies

Strictly necessary storage (your cart, admin session) does not require consent. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time by clearing the site's data in your browser.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to processing, by contacting info@alextools.eu. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus.
