Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all purchases made from Alextools ("we", "us"), operating in Cyprus. By placing an order you accept these terms. VAT No: 60305535A.

1. Products & prices

• All prices are in EUR and include 19% Cyprus VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Product information is based on the official Makita and Ronix catalogues. Minor specification changes by the manufacturer may occur.
• Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch; in that case you may cancel free of charge.
• Offers marked "Until stock lasts" or "Special price" are valid while stock is available.

2. Orders & payment

• An order is accepted when we confirm it by email.
• Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; we never store card details.
• Products marked "body only" do not include battery or charger.

3. Delivery

See our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

4. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

EU consumers may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. See Returns & Warranty.

5. Warranty

All products carry the official manufacturer warranty (Makita / Ronix) plus your statutory rights under Cyprus and EU consumer law.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from misuse of products.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
